Fictional Flowers at the Intersection of Memory and Imagination with Karen Williams-Brusubardis | February 22: 10:30 am-3:30 pm

Fictional Flowers at the Intersection of Memory and Imagination with Karen Williams-Brusubardis
Saturday, February 22: 10:30 am-3:30 pm (includes lunch break)
In the immediately recognizable style of Karen’s “Particle Landscape” paintings, each student will create an acrylic painting inspired by a garden of flowers, but with a twist. Beginning with direct observation of flowers and other vegetation, the class will work to reinvent what they see into something otherworldly using the powers of imagination and trusting personal aesthetic sensibilities. Intended for ages 17 and up, no experience is necessary. All supplies are included in the class fee. Please bring a bag lunch. $80 CCC Members / $94 Non-Members. To register, go to the cedarburgculturalcenter.org or call 262.375.3676.
