Temporary Art Installation at Riverside Adventure Park | Artwork to celebrate golf course to park conversion

In 2017 Indy Parks completed a master plan for the 800-acre Riverside Regional Park, which will guide the development of the park over the next 20 years. While the plan will have a long lifespan, there will be projects identified that can allow improvements to begin as soon as possible. Indy Parks is ready to begin a project which is focused on furthering the transformation of the former Riverside Golf Course into an adventure park. This is a 200-acre section of the Riverside Regional Park. See map for boundaries. This project will be an opportunity to transform this area from a single use into a park that serves a larger community with a wide variety of activities and uses. The purpose of the temporary art installations is to demonstrate the potential of art on the site to the community during the conceptual design phase of the parks redesign process. This RFP is an open call to experienced artists and artist teams from the United States. Get the full RFP at http://adventureriverside.com/.
