Director of Event Services |

Position available for a full-time Director of Event Services who serves as the primary salesperson and facilities coordinator for non-performance/non-theater usage of Schauer Center facilities. This position works with rental clients on their planning and execution of events through completion while providing the best in customer service and working as an ambassador of the Schauer Center. In addition, the Director of Event Services oversees all concessions operations including staffing, employee schedules, and event planning. Position requires a current City of Hartford Bartender’s License which must be renewed annually.

A flexible schedule is required. Successful candidate is expected to work an average of 50 hours per week. Position requires regular office hours, event-related evening/weekend hours, and may go for more than five days at a time. View a full job description. (PDF)
