The House
The house is huge, with ten-foot tall ceilings; big windows and parquet inlaid wood flooring. There are several common rooms; a living room, dining room, two bathrooms, a front & back porch, and a small back yard. We all share the kitchen, and can use shared dishes, pots and pans.

The residents:
We are 4 women artist ranging from 29 to 49. We are kind of quiet (but fun), not a “party house.” We are open to any gender, any orientation and any age.

Non-human residents: There are three lovely cats and a parakeet- so sorry but we are at pet maximum!

Member benefits and responsibilities
Each member of the URBAN ARTISANS cooperative will have a private bedroom, a studio area, use of the woodshop and tools, and access to an extensive art library. There are several shared spaces, which can be used for exhibiting art or hosting workshops with the consensus of the household.

Regular attendance at a weekly dinner meeting to keep up with how everyone is doing.
Participating in basic household chores such as cleaning and upkeep.
Helping to decide what activities happen in the home.

A few future goals:
Installing rain barrels
Wood shop set up
Hosting regular art events
